Jackie Bowes is a multidisciplinary Chicago-based actor, director, & musician. Born and raised in Washington, D.C. on punk music and politics, Jackie strives to make art that is both socially and emotionally impactful. In May of 2017 she graduated (with honors!) from Boston University, with a BFA in Theatre Arts and a concentration in Musical Theatre. Jackie has also studied at improvOlympic, the Acting Studio Chicago, and the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, Ireland.
Jackie loves making music with her band Sad Girls Club, practicing yoga, and playing highly competitive board games.

Jackie recently closed The Roaring Ones, an improvised piece for Prop Thtr’s Rhinofest, in which she sang and played guitar.
Up next, Jackie will shoot the pilot of Movie Night, a new web series from Columbia College, playing a series regular.
In May, she will assist Conner Wilson in Commission Theatre’s The Tempest, which opens in June.
